    Item arrived damaged as it was shipped in a padded envelope versus a box. Contacted the seller. Seller offered a partial refund which I agreed/accepted. I have not received the refund at this time nor can I get a response from the seller. Seller said eBay had his account messed up and would contact eBay to get figured out...No response and no refund.

    When I placed my order it specifically said get it 12/28 - 1/03. I was sending to my brother who would be at his vacation home during that time so it would be perfect. WRONG, this seller did not even print the shipping label until 12/29. They did not contact me to let me know of any delay. It is now not expected until 1/05 when he will no longer be at that address. I should have read the other reviews on this seller. Will not buy from again.

    *****Buyer Beware*****Seller did not ship the item after several weeks. Seller was contacted and gave several different excuses. Seller declined to cancel the order that was needed prior to Christmas. Seller declined to resolve any issues. I had to go through Ebay Moneyback Guarantee to get a refund. Do not purchase from this unreliable seller.
