    Helpful communication with seller who got me to send photos to check the part would fit before dispatch. My mechanic says everything is now working as it should and he would use this supplier himself in the future. Was easily the best price I could find for a remanufactured steering column so I'm glad I took the 'risk' of purchasing from overseas.

    Leider kam der Artikel nicht an, da der Zusteller(Hermes) nicht ausgeliefert hat und es wieder zurück geschickt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war super und es wurde sehr schnell und kundenfreundlich reagiert. Die Erstattung war kein Problem und wirde ohne nachzufragen vorgenommen. Die Versandkosten finde ich allerdings nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt.
