    We ordered the gun and the delivery company tried to deliver it at 1am in the morning!!! Really? Yep, 1am (we're a business open 8am - 5pm), so the gun was sent back to the seller. When I contacted the seller they were MORE than understanding and helpful, sending out a replacement immediately. The replacement arrived within a couple of days and its quality and functionality are both excellent. I would definitely recommend SUSEMSE as a seller, they did a terrific job for us.
