  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Item was a completely different color than in the photos, so I returned it the day after it was delivered. Later, the seller proceeded to harass me over messages repeating “NO REFUND!! ITEM NOT DELIVERED!!!” (I hadn’t messaged them demanding an immediate refund… ) If they had simply tracked the package they would’ve seen that it was at their local processing center. They were so rude and abrasive that I had to block them from messaging me.

  This Furby was supposed to be new. I put new batteries in it and it doesn’t work. I bought new batteries, a second time and it still doesn’t work. The seller won’t take it back. There are numerous buyers who purchased from this seller and the Furbies didn’t work. I spent $250. On this Furby and EBay is not helping. The seller did refund me $130. BUYER beware. I can’t believe that EBay didn’t help me with this fraudster.

  Seller posted as new and was clearly used. Rusty clips, pen marks inside the pouches and one item was just dirty and old looking and definitely used. These items appeared to be a used items and wasn’t worth the value.
