    Camera was not working properly got refund for camera but not the shipping part seller told me to contact eBay eBay said seller was supposed to issue full refund...communication now is confusing but started out great.

    I, the seller, refunded for all I received from e-bay, the the rest of the refund should have been issued by e-bay since they have collected that amount (for international shipping fees).
