  The guy who delivered was super nice and brought entire bag to me to my doorstep and brought it in, super helpful, it was a big big bag 16 pounds exactly like picture and information said. eBay got my delivery all wrong the first time I purchased cat food , they delivered next day but could not find my address and I had to cancel my order and reorder from another seller , I was disappointed and hope this don't happen again
