    Although this purchase didn't turn out the way I'd hope, I can't quite justify a negative rating. According to three separate experts that I had view the coins, none of the four sets of proofs I purchased turned out to be what the seller suggested they might be in his description. I ended up getting what I paid for or perhaps a little less. Compounding that disappointment was the fact that the package was lost in the mail system for over two weeks.
