I didn’t really equate “ex-library” with “disc only”, having purchased literally dozens of ex-library materials and never received only the disc. It really is okay though, at that price point I certainly don’t blame the seller at all. Awkward wording maybe. And I don’t bother to ask any questions either, so it really is fine.
