    I had some issues with missing nuts and bolts, the boxes was sealed so I doubt the seller would have know but I took several emails to get this matter resolved. But I did get a replacement after keeping on to the supplier. They appeared reluctant to help, shown by the slow response and two promises to send a replacement or refund which didn't happen. Eventually, without me being informed, I received a new firepit. The firepit is good for the price but I wouldn't buy off this seller again.

    Great item at a good price, BEWARE seller states item sent by Royal mail 48 tracked then sends item using Evri [ Hermes ] which took longer to deliver than expected [ 3 days from posting ] Seller sends item with no external package protection at all just the light cardboard manufactures box and a lack of no external package protection by seller as meant the package arrived with a huge hole in the side as per photo, Contacted seller via ebay message about delivery service but received no reply.
