  This rack fits the factory Victory XC passenger backrest perfectly if you have the original 2-hole version. Mutazu forgot the mounting hardware but apologized and shipped it immediately after I contacted them! Excellent customer service. I'd do business over and over with a company that can respond like that.

  Shipping on time, excellent communication but item arrived damaged in transit but a financial refund compromise was arrived at, quality of item supplied was not great (maybe I just got a duff one? Welds and chroming on joints look as if an apprentice made it and painted the chromed welds to hide it). Extra spacers and long Bolts need to be sourced separately to fit it as mentioned in the listing (if some purchasers bothered to read the listing).
