    Recieved my scooter yesterday. VERY well packed and in good shape. Batteries were 3/4 full charged. My Granddaughter and I got it out and assembled pretty quick. Only one issue that was handled right away. The seat post was stuck fully extended and was a bit hard to turn. At around 9 PM I sent a message and got an answer within 30 minutes. Then second message around 15 minutes later. Both were very concise and fixed my issues right away. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and polite.
