  I decided to not pursue this situation with the broken seal on the bottle of Precious Protein. Seller assures me that the bottle was in new condition when she mailed it. We do not know how it got broken. It seems to have had a rough ride from her home to ours. Seller was most congenial in trying to make this right and I appreciate her great efforts. I would buy from this seller, again. Thanks so much.

  Thank you again for understand this situation, absolutely was new and sealed. I think the same, probably was crash with other packages during the way to your home, was very strange how was opened, only un the middle of the seal.
