    The Keyboard for SAMSUNG QX411 US arrived today, ten days after I place the order, in new condition. It was enclosed in a cardboard, with foam padding over the top and bottom of the keyboard. A clear piece of plastic cover the top of the keys. I placed the keyboard over the existing one and they aligned perfectly. This is a quality product. I am pleased with this purchase.
