  I bought a headlight for my bmw two months ago. The seller offers a service to program the headlight so it can fully work. I asked the seller about it shortly after purchasing the headlight. I sent 3 messages over the span of a week before receiving a response. When they responded they said they were on vacation and will be back march 20th. Fast forward to April 3rd, I haven’t heard anything so I sent a message. I sent another one yesterday, April 9th, and still haven’t heard anything.

  Truly one of the best service experiences I've had in recent memory. I'd had an "adaptive headlight malfunction" on my 535i for the better part of a year, and found myself in a bind after having ordered a cheaper part from a different seller that ended up being defective (smh). Luckily I found this seller. Not only was the part in great condition, but the seller also installed and programmed it on the spot, in record time. This man is a wizard.
