    Great seller, very communicative, and handled a shipping issue on eBay's end with no hassle required of me. One of the segment rings arrived damaged and they quickly resolved it. The damaged ring 100% was damaged in transit as the seller had done a great job of securely packaging the rings but it was obvious that someone had stomped on the package (the plastic case inside for the damaged ring was shattered. Overall great seller - highly recommend them!

    The items were almost as described. I ordered 10 clear gems but 1 turned out to be a ball. Not a big deal for me since I'll be the only one using them.
