The plastic bag the item was in was taped, vs. the plastic being unopened, which I do not believed was described in the item description. Item still looks "new" but unsure if it was ever used since the plastic bag was taped vs. unopened/not tampered with.

    Although USPS failed to deliver my item, this seller was excellent to deal with. He/she was prompt in communication and went to the USPS office to conduct a search. I am hoping that somehow, the package is delivered because the quality of the item appeared to be excellent.

    I recently ended up with raccoons in my garage. They got into a box of my special stuffed animals and basically destroyed them. This little dog was really special to me and mine was in this box.     This item was very well packaged. The seller paid attention to the delicate parts and everything arrived safe. This was the second lamp I ordered. The other seller did a very poor job of packaging and that lamp arrived broken and will oil spilled all inside. This seller however knew not to ship the lamp with oil. A much better experience.
