We aim to reply within 12 hours and 99.99% of our customers queries are responded to within that time, but in some cases it may take longer e.g. when finding a lost package as Royal Mail and/or Hermes/InPost/DPD/UPS agent needs to be contacted for an evaluation.
My Sea Lion LTD has a dedicated customer service team who are in constant contact with the packaging team. I'm sure knowing this will give our customers a sense of confidence when shopping with us. We also have cameras so we can check if a package has been packed in the way that it was taught to avoid potential issues.

Terrible communication and now I have no Christmas candles, with no time left to find some.
