    It has been 12 days since I placed my order with this seller, and I don't see that this seller is even close to sending me my order of beads. It seems to me that by now I should have received my order. On the same date, September 6, I ordered beads from another seller, and I received these beads from this other seller within one week. I don't think that I will ever again order anything from "My Supplies Source". Thank you.

    There was a technical issue that disconnected my Shopify & eBay stores. Since I run this store through Shopify, I was unaware of the order until I received a message from the buyer. We have communicated since then and the order has been shipped and received; I believe to the customer's satisfaction. The technical issue has been resolved and I'm receiving orders again. Now that I know that a technical error is possible, I will check my orders directly on eBay more often.
