  The product I purchased had been damaged in transit, I contacted the seller who responded to the email within the hour on a Saturday. There was no issue at all and they offered a cheaper rate if I wanted to keep the item but I asked for a replacement. The seller replied that they would review the matter within two days and on the Monday they organised to send me another unit. Can’t fault there customer service at all and I wouldn’t have a problem dealing with this company in the future.

  Item was as advertised and arrived well packaged. Delivery time was well within expectations. The downside was that the item was discounted by 10% immediately after my purhase. The seller did not provide any compensation, as is their right, but to me they should have advised of the upcoming special or provided some degree of refund / credit. Based on this I will be hesitant to return or recommend to others.

  I've purchased from this seller before, always with great service. Recently bought a mobility scooter, but delivery was an issue due to truck access on my street (not the seller's fault). Had to return it, and refund was processed quickly with no hassle. Seller was professional, understanding, and great to deal with. I'll buy from them again with better arrangements on my end.   The service from this seller was brilliant. Once ordered the air conditioner took only 3 days from Sydney to Melbourne to my door. Communication was fantastic and I can thoroughly recommend this seller. The only negative was the packaging. When I received it the packaging was damaged but it hasn't seemed to effect the performance of the item. So 5 stars from me.
