    Unfortunately, the statue I ordered arrived with minor damage. (It happens, sometimes, even when a seller packages an item carefully!) I reached out to the seller with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Seller was courteous and responded immediately with options for a solution (even though they were on vacation!), and we were able to quickly resolve the issue. I think that both of us are satisfied with the resolution, and I would happily buy from this seller again.

    Book was listed as being in "like new" condition. When I received it, the book had damage that was not mentioned in the description or pictured. They said that it was shipped in a bubble mailer and a box. It was in a box, but the only thing in the box was a crumpled up piece of paper. I sent them a message letting them know this and they start going off on me. I wasn't rude to them at all. Very unprofessional. You won't be getting any more business from me.
