    This item was listed inaccurately as "Open Box." The toothbrush head included in the box is the wrong size, leaving a gap between it and the toothbrush. When I contacted the seller, he offered to send me a replacement head, but it was clear from the photo he sent that the base of the replacement he offered was shaped differently and would not fit the toothbrush either.
