  The phone is amazing and as described, brand new in a sealed box. I’m so happy with it so far! Customer service was really lovely and helpful too, would highly recommend. It took a little while for the phone to be shipped and tracking to be available, but that wasn’t a problem at all since the actual delivery only took a few days from Japan to the UK and I actually got it before the estimated date.   Arrived a couple days before estimated, seller was very courteous all the way through and personally notified me when they had shipped. They had even taken the trouble of setting the phone's default language to English before sending it out, which made things much easier for me right out of the box.
