    Horrible experience don't order. Late one week. Tried warranty to call Randle to no where to kne to contact. Assured many times that order will be here and wasn't. No response but them saying will be soon. Even tracking was weird. Also packaging was worse I've ever seen nothing but 4 metal parts banging into each other no protection. Asked for warranty or a refund they said no. Well here is karma for conducting business like that for you. Client I fixed bike was pissed also lost money in it

    Had a hard time at first trying to purchase parts as my bike was shipped from USA to Australia, store does not ship parts, bike only, wanted original parts. Happy with product being original, the wait was worth it. Postage was a little excessive being more than Han purchase price. Packaging could have been better than a simple plastic bag
