  I don´t generally mind waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive, however what I find unforgivable is the complete and utter lack of communication. Item came as described, but I wouldn´t recommend this seller at all.

  unsure how the buyer expects me to communicate when i have no knowledge of any delays. Unfortunately I do not have time to keep an eye on each single sale due to quantity of orders dealing with. I wouldn't recommend this buyer at all!

  Unfortunately they sent me the wrong font...I know this because they messaged me before I received it....they then re posted the new and corrected font...excellent customer service...can't recommend them enough...Happy Bunny

  Asked for number #18 and sends number #10, ordered 4 namesets only received three. He also sent the wrong namesets. You will get better service from a circus act monkey than this guy. absolute joke of a service, don't buy from this clown.
