    Nana used poor packaging. Nana's soap got damaged before it became my soap. Nana does not accept returns. Nana asked for more pictures after Nana received three from us already. Nana likes to use sharp responses when dealing with Nana's customers. Nana is receiving negative feedback today for being difficult to work with on a return. Nana's customer service is awful. Nana should invest some time into customer service skills. Nana doesn't win Nana of the year. Maybe next year. Hugs Nana.
