    Drop shipper who lied twice when confronted. At first they claimed that they check their packages thoroughly before they ship out and that I must have opened the wrong package (I showed them my emails and proved that I did not order a docking station from anyone else), and then they claimed that this was fulfilled via Amazon MCF. I had placed the order on the 15th on their shop, they ordered the wrong docking station from Rolling Fire on Amazon on the 16th and then shipped directly to me.

    In addition to their well-known retail operations, Amazon offers warehousing and logistics services to third parties through a program called Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Delivery by Amazon is part of this MCF service and is not related to Amazon's retail operations.

    I got the return label from them to get my refund and they wanted me to ship the docking station under a name other than my own to an amazon return warehouse, so that they could get the refund for the wrong docking station that they drop shipped. Remove the one star I gave them, this vendor does not deserve it.

    Item arrived in an amazon mailer from a different vendor, was not like the item depicted, was issued a refund using an amazon QR code, returned the item as directed but was never issued a refund, so I had to bring ebay in to help, the first time in 500+ good transactions, ebay confirmed everything was returned correctly and ebay, not the seller, issued me the refund.
