  Lured to vitashopsmart by its low price for Seventh Generation Dish Washing Liquid. The product received didn’t match the listing description. Seller said that it was the same item but in a different package. This is incorrect as both versions are available elsewhere online at a lesser price for the substitute sent. Seller refused to respond to our concern. The seller has numerous reviews with similar issues. Seems that the seller uses this "bait and switch" tactic to make a quick easy profit.

  I did not receive the item in the photo. Seller needs to update the photo to the new box and new ingredients. This includes nano silver. I was looking for the old formula in the old box with the old ingredient list. Sell did allow me to return and they did give me a refund.
