Amazing customer service! I think my only complaint would be with myself for not sizing up a couple of them but that was not on the seller at all.   Purchased 4mm x 36-inch necklace on Dec 15 for $104. Seller maintains item is delayed, but cannot say how long. First two to four weeks, then two to six weeks. After several messages, expressing my concerns with no delivery date forth coming, seller refunds without my consent. Same necklace is now listed for $130. Incidentally, I purchased two other necklaces of different sizes at the same time. Those delivered in two weeks with no problem.

  This listing clearly said these necklaces take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to make & ship, this customer was insistent that, even though he ordered them 10 days prior to Christmas, he receive them in time for the holiday. I was able to get two of them shipped to him early, the other was going to be late Jan. He was rude & msging me daily so I refunded the remaining necklace. I was still within my window to get the final one out in time. I don't tolerate rude harassing customers, I'm just a person.
