    Seller failed to disclose issues with said vehicle ie. paint damage (Hood Scoop) as well as a worn drivers seat. Seller agreed to cancel the transaction yet failed to do so after several requests. Seller relisted the vehicle under a separate auction & sold the unit. Seller did not honor said request to cancel even after they sold the vehicle.

    cancel item due to wanted me to pay for this car different price after auction ended more than auction price & and go thru a finnance company of their chosing that had a high interest rate that was not in the contract for this auctionable auto
