  The bag was a fake. I knew as soon as I tried the first zipper, and it wouldn’t move that this bag was a counterfeit. I contacted Tumi and they asked me to send them a tracer number. Once they received that info, they notified me. The bad guy had been sold was not a bona fide Tumi product. To add insult to injury, the seller then told me that he has had to deal with return scams like mine, and after that bogus and fraudulent statement he stated he would refund me once he received the bag!!😠
