    Buyer received item exactly as described and pictured. This buyer is a fraudster who uses proxy’s to change their IP address. THEY USE Fake or stolen ebay accounts purchased from the dark web as well as fake credit card information bought off the dark web to buy things on eBay in order to harass sellers that don’t align with their political views. I have reported to ic3.gov.
