    This NCS6200 was a great deal at $117, shipping free. It arrived nicely packed, complete and damage-free…but shipping took 9 days! During that time I repeatedly tried to contact Neotec via Ebay, NeoTec Chat, E-mail and Facebook, to get an extra carb, carb kit, chain and cylinder block as spares. I got NO RESPONSE AT ALL to any of my questions. I’m not even sure if this is really a 62cc engine, or what the cylinder size actually is…LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Now it’s priced much too higher!
