  I'm leaving positive feedback because I don't like leaving bad. The item was shipped promptly. When I received the saw it was missing parts to complete the assembly. I notified the seller and they responded slowly. After several exchanges of emails, they shipped the parts. I received the parts and was able to use the saw 30 days after I ordered it. Not a good business practice.

  After I posted a neutral comment about not receiving the eye and ear protection that was supposed to come with the saw, the seller reached out and issued a partial refund. I would have recommended the saw either way for personal use around the property but after the seller reached out and gave the partial refund, I would highly recommend neo tec. Great customer service and they care about their products and reputation.
