    The unit arrived as described with one exception - the back button is broken / collapsed inside the chassis and does not function. If this had been disclosed in the description I would not have paid a premium price. The seller apologized and offered a refund but I decided to hold onto the unit rather than deal with the return process.

    The buyer reached out to me to inform me that there was a broken button on the item. I was unaware of the issue, apologized profusely and immediately offered a full refund. The buyer messaged me, was very cordial and informed me that they decided to keep the item. As such, I am surprised to be receiving a negative review.
