    When I received the item I had some questions about the part number. The seller was very responsive and answered the question quickly and accurately so I was able to put the part to use and get my TV up and running again. Item was exactly as described, shipped quickly, and packed well.

    Sellers is an AH to special request on packaging to protect it from smoke and getting wet from snowy conditions, delivery just leave them at your door. She states it's not part of the listing. Cancelled my order because of it. Petty seller. If you're desperate for parts this should be your last option. Seller's arrogant. Did get my refund at least.

    Dishonest Seller....I did not receive item pictured in the ad. They posted a photo of the more expensive item they are selling. Item I received is deeply scratched and damaged. Item is in very poor condition. This seller should be banned from selling......BEWARE THIS SELLER

    Tried purchasing the following item: Vizio XVT473SV Main Board 3647-0312-0150, description said it was a NEW, IN-STOCK and LAST ONE available. After purchasing it, the Seller just created a shipping label and nothing else. I tried reaching out via e-mail and I got no response. I waited 1 1/2 weeks waiting for them. I am in the process of obtaining my refund through Ebay. The prolonged shipping duration and lack of communication are definite red flags with this Seller. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
