  I had a very unfortunate purchase from this seller. I trusted her because she had so many positive reviews. The scarecrow arrived jammed in a box with absolutely no cushioning. Naturally the fiber optics were broken. I requested a refund, explaining the situation. The seller refused to refund me. I was shocked. I was cheated and basically robbed. Why this seller would not stand behind her sale is a mystery. It is so arrogant and nasty resolution. Dishonesty so blatant. Unbelievable!
