  I ordered 2 plants and only received one plant when I contacted the seller he explained that one would be individually wrapped. He then asked if I had just received one and I said yes. Then no response. When I messaged him again to find out if I was going to receive another one he became nasty and tried to spin the issue around on me. I would not recommend buying from this seller. He has good plants but has no customer service skills

  buyers love to leave out critical details in cases like this. He fails to mention his harassment with multiple messages because I did not respond to him right away and the nasty message he left stating if I did not contact him immediately he would open a claim. my response when I did check my messages was simply "ok, do it your way, file a claim", which he has not successfully done by the way. I would have gladly issued another plant once I got his response about my initial question

  Ok here’s the deal everyone!!! This seller is truly extraordinary!!! I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this. I ordered the Cameo Flowering Quince live plant. Not only was it wrapped and packed professionally but get this!!!! They sent a print out of detailed instructions on how and when to plant; what to do when first delivered. I am so very thankful, ma’am, sir and I wish you the best of luck. I will buy more from you for sure!!
