  I purchased a razor handle from the seller newlook786 for $32.00, but it arrived broken and unusable. I promptly sent the seller photographs of the damaged item and requested a replacement. The seller responded, stating that a return was unnecessary and that they would issue a refund. However, they refunded only $14.98, claiming it was a full refund.   Seller did a fine job. USPS has little to be proud of, their logistics on this item was horrible. Follow the tracking and you will see what I mean. Packed was 2 days later than expected and could have been delivered several days earlier! I tried to upload photos of tracking but failed to load .
