These items were purchased in a lot auction of returned items or shelf pulls from major retailer stores. Some items are new but boxes/packages may have damage or taped up or show signs of age and there may be some slight variation on some items like packaging or color etc. Some items are returned and packaging may be opened or not there, but all items have been checked, inspected and are in working order unless noted in auction, but please keep in mind some items can't be tested all the time, but if you have a problem I will gladly work with you if you contact me first. I do try to test all items to the best of my knowledge. So if you receive an item and it is not as listed please contact me and we can work it out. Thanks for your understanding.     Friendly seller w/great communication. Heavy-duty stapler (x2) arrived in new condition per description/photos. Good find - discontinued model at reasonable price. Due to a USPS error/issue my first package was lost in transit but seller kindly reached out to me and at their expense re-sent replacements which arrived quickly. My only constructive criticism would be to not ship such bulky heavy items in a paper bubble mailer. I recommend seller and would buy from them again anytime.

    Never received item,seller canceled purchase and issued a refund. I have 100% feedback for 964 transactions since 2001. If there was a problem of some kind and he had contacted me, I'm sure it could have been worked out. But I never received any communication from the seller, I found out the sale was cancelled when I was looking for the tracking info. I was able to order the product from another seller without any problems.
