    Not blaming seller because I don't know who's truly at fault, but packer should have been more attentive. the box was a to big for the contents. It may have allowed the bags to slam around because 4 bags were split open. Shipping box was damaged as well but not the cause of the bags being split because bags were not near the damaged end.
