  The seller sent ten sets of whitestrips not in the box - they told me that is 20 strips. Technically, it is, but 20 SETS is what you need to complete the whitening process. Beware of the seller's listings - READ CAREFULLY!!! eBay kindly provided me a refund, but the seller may no moves to offer anything to my message.
