  The first shipment never arrived. The second shipment, which contained a glass bottle, was in a thin plastic envelope. It arrived crushed in glass shards. This seller said it is not their fault and would refund only refund $5 of my $23.99. I have not received any type of refund at this time.

  After waiting two weeks for this item, tracking said it would not be received because there wasn't enough postage on the package!! Never in all my years on eBay have I ever had THIS experience!! I asked the seller for a replacement but that was ignored and I was issued a refund. The seller is still showing that there are 8 boxes in stock, so WHY no replacement!! Scam?? This is NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!

  Was a good price but never showed up after two weeks and just a couple states away. Defiantly not the sellers fault but the usps let the both of us down on this deal. This is happening more and more these days with the different deliveries from usps !

  I ordered 2 containers of Nutrafol for $54 ($27 each) but only received 1 container and it was a counterfeit product not an authentic Nutrafol product. I msgd the sender including pics of actual Nutrafol containers next to the one I received & specified the obvious differences & the fact that he sent me 1 not 2 that I paid for. I then contacted Ebay & seller offered me $10 & keep the fake container which I declined. I returned the container to seller & Ebay refunded me in full.

  These items were packaged very well and received very promptly. I haven’t had a chance to use the product yet so I can’t speak as to its effectiveness. But I am very pleased with the seller as far as receiving the items exactly as I expected and very promptly.
