  VERY poorly packaged with a single layer of small bubble wrap and an outer plastic envelope. Seller stated that 2 figures were broken, but because the figures weren't wrapped individually, they bounced around & 2 more broke. The major issue is that the chess board is broken, (see photos). I know that you didn't make any money on this, (I was the only bidder), but at least you could give a rip about your reputation and your own self respect, (you have several complaints regarding how you ship).

  Buyer beware. I bought this as a gift and it arrived in time but it arrived rather damaged due to the seller shipping it in a box the same exact size as product. After I messaged they lied about it being the original manufacturers box, box was plain, manufacturers box will have information about the product such as carton # or upc information/ codes for the product. The seller is terrible a packaging orders. Again, buyer beware.

  Wow I have never had to respond to feedback but this buyer was the biggest piece of work in a while. We bought and shipped over 50 of these units. All were shipped in the manufacturer's box. It was shipped during the holidays where boxes get handled aggressively. When the buyer reached out, they started fishing for a partial refund which we do not offer. They refused a free return and when I wouldn't pay up, they leave this. AVOID THIS BUYER!!
