    I won’t leave a negative review because I did still receive a brand new item at a cheaper price than expected. I ordered a 6ft cable and received a 3ft cable. I’ve communicated for two weeks about it and the seller has not made an effort to resolve the issue besides “I’ll check” and no reply for a week. Twice. Shipping was fast and the shorter cable I received works great and is good quality. I will spend a little more money for a different seller in the future.

    While this product is amazing and solves my toilet bowl issues , the sellers specifics lists the product as a bundle of 3 at 16 oz each and the sellers description lists that the cleaner comes in a pack of 3 , 16 oz. capacity. I received 1 , 16 oz. bottle not a pack for $18.90. This was very disappointing as I recently purchased a 16 oz. bottle for $1.25 at my local Dollar tree store. Description is very misleading.

    Not new as advertised, front plastic cover scratched open, loosely packaged box taped shut, came with no papers, no instructions. Have not tried yet to see if works will get back on that.
