    The Vitas are in very good quality however this sellers communication is non existent, wouldn’t answer messages about when or if it had been shipped, not until I requested a cancellation after 30 days of no responses when they miraculously shipped them, so while items are great and packaging was excellent the lack of communication made it seem like this was a scam, I highly suggest the seller starts communicating better

    It was a long wait for the product to ship, but it was sent via FedEx and arrived within a few days to the US. The handheld was in near perfect condition Highly recommended, A++. However, I feel like maybe the shipping time should be updated to say "2 weeks" instead of the 5-10 days (not including holidays) that was advertised in the listing to give future buyers a better idea of what to expect. All in all thank you, great eBayer!
