  Honestly, I wanted to leave negative feedback but they did eventually refund my money. The item took quite a while to arrive, and once it did, half the buttons were missing. Then the seller kept trying to get me to accept a 50% refund, even though I was clear from the beginning that I would only accept the mising buttons being sent, or a full refund. They wasted so much time over $8. I will say the quality of the product was good; if only I had actually received everything in the description
