  Description said new, but the box had been torn open at one time and taped back closed again. Contents were obviously tampered with. Tool seems to be complete and working. Condition is new, but Milwaukee proof of purchase is missing and who knows what else is missing. Looks to be more of a returned item, or “open box”.
