  AAAA+++ Bought necklaces and next day I received a message that my money would be refunded because the item couldn’t be located, but if found would be shipped. Received another message saying it was found and being mailed at no charge. Offered to pay, but kindly refused. Definitely not normal, because most would refund money and you would pay if found.
