    The description said "new" but seller noted “This item is new, out of box and was removed from a new scratched/dented GE appliance". The valve was priced reasonably and received promptly and well packed. During installation I discovered one of the hose push connects was damaged making the valve unusable. I contacted the seller, explained the problem, and my money was refunded. I am pleased with the good customer service.

The board arrived in a reasonable time and was extremely well packed; it could have survived just about anything USPS could do to it. I'd buy from this company again, without hesitation.
