  This rug is beautiful! The seller communicated well when I had questions about the items and after purchase when I had question about shipping. It did take a little while to get to us, but a 100lb object going half way around the world is totally understandable. The seller even reached out to check if the item had arrived. Great customer service. And just for a little extra the rug was tied in these really neat ropes I plan to use for something else. Thanks a million.
